Our Story

A Tea Garden Between Mountains and Lake

Baiyu Tea Garden is nestled in Yuchi Township, Nantou County, adjacent to the internationally renowned Sun Moon Lake scenic area. This mist-shrouded tea garden carries three generations of our family's passion for tea.

From our grandfather's initial planting, through our father's mastery of black tea craftsmanship, to our generation's fusion of tradition and innovation, every cup embodies the unique essence of Sun Moon Lake.

We uphold natural farming practices with every leaf hand-picked at its peak. Our signature Ruby #18 and Red Rhythm #21 have earned numerous awards at the Sun Moon Lake Black Tea Competition over the years.
