The rising star of Sun Moon Lake. Red Rhythm #21 is crafted from 100% Taiwanese small-leaf variety tea, hand-picked one bud two leaves. The brew shines a bright golden-red with a sweet, mellow body and rich fruity aroma reminiscent of fresh citrus.
Carefully cultivated by Baiyu Tea Garden, entirely from the Sun Moon Lake region. No blending with teas from other origins. Certified pesticide-free by national standards and SGS testing.
Brewing Guide
Steep approximately 8g of tea in 500ml hot water (90–95°C recommended) for about 1 minute. Can be re-steeped 2–3 times. Adjust water volume and steeping time to personal preference.
