Please read these terms before using our booking service

Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • A 30% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking, otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled
  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in with full deposit refund
  • Cancellation 3-6 days before check-in: 50% deposit refund
  • Cancellation within 2 days of check-in or no-show: no refund
  • In case of natural disasters (typhoon, earthquake, etc.), full refund or date change is available

Limitation of Liability

  • The B&B is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings
  • The B&B is not liable for inconvenience caused by force majeure (natural disasters, power outages, etc.)
  • The B&B reserves the right to correct pricing errors on the website

House Rules

  • Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00
  • Please follow all house rules and regulations
  • The B&B reserves the right to ask guests to leave early for rule violations, without refund
