Yes, a 30% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking. Unpaid reservations will be automatically cancelled.
Free cancellation with full deposit refund up to 7 days before check-in; 50% refund for 3-6 days; no refund within 2 days or no-show. Full refund available in case of natural disasters.
Yes, you can select your preferred room type when booking online. For special requests, please contact us via LINE.
We currently accept cash and on-site bank transfers. Deposits can be paid via bank transfer.
Check-in & Stay
Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is before 11:00. Please contact us in advance for early check-in or late check-out.
Yes, free outdoor parking is available. 白泉屋 also has an EV charging station.
We provide shampoo, body wash, bath towels, and hand towels. 白泉屋 also provides mineral water, mini fridge, electric kettle, and Ruby Black Tea bags. Disposable items (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) are not provided — please bring your own.

Transportation
By car, it takes about 1 hour (via National Highway 6 to Provincial Highway 21). You can also take Nantou Bus from Taichung HSR Station to Sun Moon Lake, then a 5-minute taxi ride.
The B&B is only about a 5-minute drive from Sun Moon Lake, very convenient for lakeside sightseeing.
We don't provide regular shuttle service, but we can help arrange taxi pickup. Driving is the most convenient option.
Sun Moon Lake cycling trail, Wenwu Temple, Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village, Xiangshan Visitor Center, and Shuishe Pier — all within 10-20 minutes by car.
Tea Garden
Yes! Baiyu Tea Garden is right next to the B&B. Guests can book a visit to learn about the Ruby Black Tea (Sun Moon Lake Black Tea No. 18) production process.
Yes, Baiyu Tea Garden's Ruby Black Tea (Taiwan Tea No. 18) is available for purchase on-site or through online inquiry.
