The crown jewel of Sun Moon Lake teas. Ruby #18 is crafted from 100% large-leaf variety tea, hand-picked one bud two leaves. The brew reveals a translucent golden-red hue with delicate cinnamon and mint aromas, a rich, sweet body and a lingering finish.
Three generations of Baiyu Tea Garden heritage, entirely estate-produced from the Sun Moon Lake region. No blending with teas from other origins. Certified pesticide-free by national standards and SGS testing.
Brewing Guide
Steep approximately 8g of tea in 500ml hot water (90–95°C recommended) for about 1 minute. Can be re-steeped 2–3 times. Adjust water volume and steeping time to personal preference.
